The Young Professional Division of the JFVS Young Leadership offers Jewish singles and couples (ages 20 – 40) a broad range of social, educational, volunteer, philanthropic and leadership development opportunities.  Events connect Young Professionals and empower them to become active participants in the Jewish community.  The Young Professional events are often focused on career and social networking opportunities.

 Recent events organized by Young Leadership for the Young Professional Division include:

• Prize baskets for the annual Casino Night event were prepared and wrapped
• Truckloads of Passover food from the local Shoprite were picked up, packaged, and then distributed to those in need
• A social networking event was held at a local coffee shop

For Young Leadership members who are looking to take their involvement with the agency a step further, there are numerous committees that would welcome their participation.  Committees such as career services, fundraising development, Marketing/PR, and senior services, are really where the work is done that shapes the agency’s future.
